We can’t aim for perfection, but we can aim for love and all that comes from it.

About us

We are sisters who have loved clutter clearing and organizing for as long as we can remember. We spent hours cleaning out our mother’s closets and rearranging our own bedrooms. Not only was tidying a source of joy, it was also very healing for us. During that time our family experienced a loss and we found creating more peace and order in our physical surroundings, helped us create more peace inside ourselves. Little did we know then, that our childhood fun would someday become our calling.

In 2003, we created Inspired Everyday Living to teach the principles and practices of clutter-free living and expose the transformative power of our homes in creating lives we love. When we love and care for our homes with awareness, appreciation, and intention, our homes become powerful vehicles for realizing the unique and heartfelt visions we hold for ourselves and our lives. In this way, our homes serve as meaningful channels for allowing the happiness, peace, and purpose that we seek to flow freely into your lives.

In addition to working with clients in their own homes, we co-authored two books: Clutter-free Parenting: Making Space in Your Home for the Magic of Childhood and the Joy of Parenthood and The Peaceful Nursery: Preparing a Home for Your Baby with Feng Shui. Laura holds an Masters in Spiritual Psychology and is a Simplicity Parenting Coach™ and KonMari CIT. Alison holds a Masters in Education and is a certified Graceful Lifestyles Interior Re-Designer™ and a Denise Linn Soul Coach™. Both Laura and Alison are graduates of the Western School of Feng Shui™.

Most importantly, we are mothers! Laura is the mother of two boys ages 17 and 13. Alison is the mother of a 6 year old son and step-mother to a 15 year old step-son.

For the first time, we are sharing all of our step by step guidance, best practices, and tips in a live online format.

We are so excited to show you how to clear clutter
and live the life you and your family long for!
