The beginning of a new year is a wonderful time to let go of what no longer serves you and make space for a magnificent new year! Each New Year we take the time to clear our clutter—physical, emotional, mental and energetic. As we strip away the non-essentials, we gain the clarity to design our lives. We begin the process by asking the following questions: What do I want my life to look like in 2014? How do I want to feel? What values will guide my choices? Which rituals and habits will I embrace? Which am I ready to let go of? How can I simplify so I can be present for the grace, and open to the inspiration, found in everyday living?
